BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Annie Myrl Willoughby, 76, of Beaver Dam, passed away on Monday, Jan. 6, 2020, at her home. She was born on Feb. 20, 1943, in Butler County, Kentucky, to the late Clido and Eva Mae Bingham Pendley.

Annie attended Word Missionary Baptist Church, she worked at The Tarp Shop and she loved her dogs dearly.

Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Willoughby; two sisters, Dorothy Caudill and Omie Kimmel; and two brothers, Glen D. Pendley and Curtis C. Pendley.

Survivors include her siblings, Lucy Jane (Wilbur D.) Pendley, of Morgantown, Kentucky, Minnie P. Johnson, of Russellville, Kentucky, and Odell Pendley, of Centerville, Missouri; several nieces and nephews and her loving caregivers and nephew, Tommy Wayne Willoughby and his wife, Jenny Willoughby.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. John Daugherty officiating. Burial will follow in New Harmony Cemetery in Butler County. Friends may visit with Mrs. Willoughby’s family from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday.
