HARTFORD, Ky. — Ilene Chang, 93, of Hartford, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019, at Signature Healthcare of Hartford. She was born May 20, 1926, in China the daughter of Bao Tong and Wei Chang.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings.
She is survived by her children, Charlie, David, Helen, Frank, Linda, and Rena Win.
Cremation was chosen in lieu of burial.
