HARTFORD, Ky. — Adley May Johnson, the infant daughter of Brett Johnson and Caitlynn Embry, of Hartford, went to be with the Lord Friday, Oct. 25, 2019. She was born Friday at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Terry Keith Johnson; paternal great-grandparents, Anna Sue Rhoades, Junior Rhoades, Helen Johnson and Horace Johnson; and maternal great-grandparents, Jessie Goodman, Linda Nelson, Elden Sims and Jimmy Graham.
Aside from her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Nona Embry, of Owensboro, Kentucky, and Terry Sims, of McHenry, Kentucky; maternal grandmother, Sandy Johnson, of Hartford; maternal great-grandparents, Patty Goodman, Linda Sims, and Keith Nelson; uncles and aunts, Brad Rhoades, Brock Johnson, Whitney (Craig) Phelps, Kayli Cleveland, Karlei Cleveland, and Chayton Sims; and great-aunts and -uncles, Jamie (Kody) West, Josh (Ashley) West, Tiffany (Matthew) Deweese, Enoch (Anna) Nelson, Lisa Graham, Patsy Belcher, and Karen Reyer.
Private family graveside services will be held at Render Memorial Cemetery in McHenry with Mark Hatfield officiating.
