BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Evelyn L. Hurt, 94, of Beaver Dam, died Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at Dogwood Estates in Beaver Dam. She was born in Grayson County, Kentucky, to the late Clint and Elizabeth Duggin St.Clair.
She was a retired postmaster at Olaton Post Office and a member of Olaton Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Bernard Hurt, in 1999.
Survivors include two nieces, Jean Williams and Elneta Baggett; one nephew, William R. (Linda) Crume; and her Dogwood Estates Family.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Merle Ford and Bro. Barry Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time at the funeral home.
