MORGANTOWN, Ky. — Dallas Wayne Austin, 26, of Morgantown, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Norton’s Hospital in Louisville. He was born Nov. 25, 1992, in Hartford, Kentucky, to Bill W. Austin and Melissa Denise Combs Klett.
Dallas worked in construction.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ellis and Mary Nixon.
Survivors include his father, Bill W. Austin, of Rosine, Kentucky; mother and stepfather, Melissa and Gregory Klett, of Morgantown; paternal grandparents, Bill and Bonnie Austin, of Beaver Dam; four siblings, Junior Klett, of Morgantown, Christina (Jason) Phelps, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, MaryAnn Klett, of Morgantown, and Kris Klett, of Morgantown; niece, Stella, and great-aunt and -uncles, Rebecca, Doug, Daniel, George, and Hebert.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Pastor Johnny Daugherty officiating. Burial will follow in Carson Cemetery in Hartford. Friends may visit with Dallas’ family from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
