Lauryn Sizemore, missing

DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. (4/4/19) — The Amber Alert issued for Lauryn Sizemore has been canceled. Lauryn has been missing since Mar. 30 and was suspected to have been with her step-grandfather.

Lauryn was found in southern Alabama Wednesday afternoon. She is safe. Her step-grandfather, Glenn Eugene Harper, has been taken into custody.


DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. — An Amber Alert has been issued for a Hopkins County girl.

Lauryn Sizemore was last seen at midnight, Mar. 30, 2019, inside her bedroom in Dawson Springs, Kentucky. Around 9:30 a.m., Mar. 30, 2019, Lauryn was noticed as missing from her home.

The man she is believed to be with is her step-grandfather Glenn Eugene Harper. Harper, 56, is driving a 2004 Hyundai Sonata, maroon in color, with Kentucky Temporary Tag: 9555994, Vin# KMHWF25S24A935157.

Harper told a friend of his he was going to Texas. His brother and father live together in the Houston, Texas area.
