BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Charles C. Chadwick, 88, of Beaver Dam, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mr. Chadwick was born April 10, 1930, in Harlan County, Kentucky, to the late Tom and Mary Chadwick.
He was a retired coal miner with Peabody Coal Company.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel; son, Bobby; and daughter, Fannie.
He is survived by his son, Joe (Sue) Chadwick, of Central City, Kentucky; daughters, Mary (Stacy) Wright, of Humboldt, Tennessee, Jeannie (David) Everly, of Centertown, Kentucky, Alice (Eddie) Render, of Centertown, Betty (Kenny) Jessie, of Centertown, and Wanda (Don) Miller, of Beaver Dam; brothers, Bill Chadwick, of Ohio, and Robert Chadwick, of Harlan, Kentucky; 14 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be Friday, March 22, at 2 p.m. at Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam, with burial to follow. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
