FRANKFORT, Ky. — Kentucky’s seasonally adjusted preliminary January 2019 unemployment rate was 4.2 percent, according to the Kentucky Center for Statistics, an agency within the Kentucky Education and Workforce Development Cabinet. The unemployment rate for January 2019 was down from the 4.3 percent reported for December 2018.
