HORSE BRANCH, Ky. — Mona F. Cook, 67, passed away, Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at TriStar Centennial Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born to the late CJ and Lurlene Ford Dec. 31, 1951, in Olaton, Kentucky.

Mona was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church. She worked for Thomas Industries and Young Manufacturing. She retired from Young Manufacturing after 22 years of service.

She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her loving husband of 46 years, Leonard Cook; daughter, Sabrina (Matthew) Reed; and son Allen (Michelle) Cook, both of Georgetown, Kentucky; grandchildren, Marshall Reed, Emerson Reed, and Claire Cook; three brothers, Merle (Brenda) Ford, of Leitchfield, Kentucky, Jackie (Cindy) Ford, of Leitchfield, and Kevin (Brenda) Ford, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky; mother-in-law, Lois Cook, of Beaver Dam; 13 brothers- and sisters-in-law, Beverly Ashby, of Beaver Dam, Robert (Mary) Cook, of Horse Branch, Pamela (Kenny) Wilson, of Beaver Dam, Danny (Elizabeth) Cook, of Echols, Kentucky, Lola (Butch) Austin, of Beaver Dam, Mark (Gay) Cook, of Beaver
Dam, Rebecca Williams, of Beaver Dam, and Mary Cook, of Beaver Dam; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts, and friends.

A memorial service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, March 9, at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. John Cashion officiating.
Friends may visit with the family from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
