BEECHMONT, Ky. — Billy Keith Lovell, 75, of Beechmont, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2019, at 5:58 a.m. at Signature Health Care in Hartford, Kentucky. Mr. Lovell was born Aug. 11, 1943, in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky.
He was a retired coal miner and member of Leigh’s Chapel General Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Margaret Lovell.
He is survived by his wife, Freda Pearson Lovell; son, Donald Keith Lovell, of Beechmont; daughter, Kimberly (Craig) Fithian, of Prospect, Kentucky; stepgrandchildren, Avery, Kyle, Jackson, and Kendall; and brothers, Robert F. (Wanda) Lovell and Donald G. (Regenia) Lovell, both of Greenville, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be Sunday, Jan. 27, at 2 p.m. at Leigh’s Chapel General Baptist Church, with Bro. Roger Wright officiating. Burial in Old Jackson Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. until 12 noon at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home. Visitation will also be on Sunday from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Leigh’s Chapel General Baptist Church.
