OWENSBORO, Ky. — Owensboro Community & Technical College will host an open house to unveil the first of three Innovation Labs from 3 p.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23. The formal program will begin at 4 p.m. The event will be held at OCTC’s Downtown Campus at 1501 Frederica Street in Owensboro. The multi-part project was funded in 2017 by a $2.85 million-dollar grant through Kentucky’s Work Ready Skills Initiative project.
