BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Jacob O. Fuqua, 22, passed away Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018. He was born in Owensboro, Kentucky, Sept. 4, 1996, the son of Randy Fuqua and the late Sarah Turner Fuqua.
Jacob attended Life Harvest Ministries and was a cook at KFC in Beaver Dam.
Survivors include his father, Randy Fuqua; daughters, Carleigha, Amara, and Marcella Fuqua; sisters, Sonny Parrish and Tara Fuqua; grandmother, Pat Neighbors; stepbrother, Randy Patton; stepsister, Jessica Cameron; three nieces, one nephew; and fiancée, Rebekah Daugherty.
Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, at Life Harvest Ministries at 125 N. Main Street in Beaver Dam with Pastor Eric Hill officiating.
Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is in charge of arrangements.
