BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Stephanie Ann Farley, 47, of Beaver Dam, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018, with her family by her side. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on July 3, 1971, and was daughter of the late David Farley.
Over her years she enjoyed attending college and studying child development. She was a very devoted and caring mother to her son Slone Farley, of Beaver Dam.
In addition to her son she is survived by her mother, Deborah “Debbie” Martin (Glenn), of Beaver Dam; her sisters, Jennifer Callaway (Peabody), of Beaver Dam, Kimberly Farley-Daugherty, of Hartford, Kentucky, and Cherie Stanley-Stone (Danny), of Beaver Dam; in addition to 11 nieces and nephews, three great-nieces, and one great-nephew.
Life celebration and memorial service information will be announced in the near future.
