PLEASANT RIDGE, Ky. — Donnie C. Phelps, 76, of Pleasant Ridge, passed away Friday, Aug. 3, 2018, at Heartford House. He was born Jan. 4, 1942, to the late Arthur and Lois Phelps.
He was a Vietnam Veteran retiring from the Army after 22 years of service.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Lilli Phelps; his four children, Manuela Stanley, Robert Phelps, Steven (Tricia) Phelps, and Angela Behl; his 11 grandchildren; and his 10 great-grandchildren.
The memorial service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Rev. Eddie Duke will officiate. The visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
