MORGANTOWN, Ky. — Wilma Lindsey, 76, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018, at Norton’s Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Wilma was born March 22, 1941, in Butler County, Kentucky, to the late Hubert and Vernie Lindsey Renfrow.
She was a homemaker and a member of Temple View General Baptist Church.
Other than her parents, Wilma is preceded in death by her husband, Charles B. Lindsey; one son, Rondal Lindsey; two brothers, Chester and Vollie Renfrow; and one sister, Nellie Renfrow.
Wilma is survived by one daughter, Loretta Cox (Gary), of Morgantown; one son, Randal Lindsey, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one sister, Maize Phelps, of Morgantown; and one brother, Rollie Renfrow, of Morgantown.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Feb. 26, at 1 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Chapel with Bro. Warren Brooks officiating. Burial will be in the Morgan Smith Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, Feb. 25, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Monday from 8 a.m. until funeral time at 1 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
