BEAVER DAM, Ky. — Mildred Jewell Austin Leach, 88, of Beaver Dam, passed away Monday, Jan. 8, 2018, at her home. She was born March 6, 1929, in Ohio County, Kentucky, to the late Earl and Bessie Felix Austin.
Mildred was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She graduated from Horse Branch High School in 1948.
Aside from her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Hobart Leach, in 2001; her son, Larry Leach; and brother, James Thomas Austin.
Mildred is survived by several nephews, nieces, and in-laws.
A private burial will be held at Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam.
