REYNOLDS STATION, Ky. — Carolyn Dowell Crosley, 74, of Reynolds Station, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Carolyn was born on Aug. 23, 1943, in to the late Preston and Louise Anderson Dowell.
She was retired from the state of Kentucky as a social worker of 27 years. She was a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a masters in social work.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Don Crosley; a son, Brian (April) Crosley; three grandchildren, Jasmin, Addison, and Preston; a great-grandchild, Jackson; and an aunt, Zelma Anderson.
Services are at 2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 29, at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Hawesville, Kentucky. Burial will be private at a later date. Carolyn’s family will greet friends from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
