BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Warren RECC is warning its customers about fake contractors claiming to be with WRECC.
WRECC wants to remind its members, and the public, to be aware of anyone on your property claiming to be a contractor for the cooperative. All legitimate contractors drive vehicles marked as being a Warren RECC contractor and carry a photo ID.
If you are approached by anyone claiming to be a contractor for Warren RECC, make sure the vehicle is properly marked and ask for photo ID.
If there any concerns, contact your local Warren RECC office immediately.
