Ohio Co. Sheriff’s Reports for Nov. 14, 2017

HARTFORD, Ky. — The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office released the following reports Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017.

Michael L. Fletcher, of Hartford, was charged Nov. 2 on a Daviess County warrant for a probation violation.

Michael E. Mayfield, of Owensboro, Kentucky, was charged Nov. 6 on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jesse R. Baker, of Fordsville, Kentucky, was charged Nov. 9 on an Ohio County warrant for third degree burglary and fraudulent use of a credit card over $500, but under $10,000.

James W. Royal, of Hartford, was charged Nov. 9 on an Ohio County warrant for tampering with physical evidence and third degree burglary.

Kenneth R. Durbin, of Owensboro, was charged Nov. 9 on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jeremy L. Utley, of Providence, Kentucky, was charged Nov. 10 on a warrant for failure to appear and with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph M. Jones, of Fordsville, was charged Nov. 10 with fourth degree assault (domestic violence-minor injury), first degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), prescription controlled substance not in proper container, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Crystal G. Carrico, of Philpot, Kentucky, was charged Nov. 10 on an Ohio County warrant for theft by unlawful taking $500 or more, but under $10,000 and a Daviess County warrant for theft by unlawful taking under $500 and carrying a concealed weapon.

Crystal G. Warfield, of Philpot, was charged Nov. 10 on a Daviess County warrant for non-payment of fines.

Charles K. Crowder, of Rosine, Kentucky, was charged Nov. 11 on an Ohio County warrant for third degree unlawful transaction with a minor.

Steven G. Samuels, of Hartford, was charged Nov. 13 with second degree disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Kristin M. Lindsey, of McHenry, Kentucky, charged Nov. 13 on a warrant for contempt of court/slander resistance to order.
