CORRECTION: KSP investigating possible link of homicide suspects to Fordsville robbery

Images released by the Kentucky State Police from security cameras inside Commonwealth Community Bank in Fordsville, Kentucky, of one of the the men suspected in robbing the bank.

CORRECTION: (12:55 p.m.-10/26/17) — In a previous post, the robbery suspects and the murder suspects were incorrectly linked. While each incident involves two men in a black pick up truck, the Kentucky State Police have not determined the cases are linked.

FORDSVILLE, Ky. —The Kentucky State Police are investigating a bank robbery in Fordsville.

According to KSP Post 16, around 10 a.m. this morning, two white men robbed the Fordsville branch of Commonwealth Community Bank.

The two men then fled the scene in a black Chevy truck. The men are considered armed and dangerous.

One of the men has a shaved head, is around 6 feet tall, wearing a red shirt, jeans and a dark jacket.

As a precaution, both Fordsville and Horse Branch Elementary schools were locked down. All schools are secure.

If you see these men or have information on their whereabouts, contact 911 immediately.

According to the KSP, law enforcement are also searching for two men wanted in connection with a Grayson County homicide. The two men have been identified as Robert Carter and Johnny Haynes, both of Millwood, Kentucky.

The two murder suspects were possibly spotted in Ohio County. Thought to be driving a black chevy pick up truck with Kentucky license plate 992-RTW.

The two men are considered armed and dangerous, contact 911 with information or tips about their location.

As of now, the KSP are investigating the possibility the cases are linked. As of now, these are two separate cases.
