HARTFORD, Ky. — An inmate at the Ohio County Detention Center has been charged with helping Arnold McKenney escape from jail.

McKenney escaped from the Ohio County Detention Center Sunday night. Authorities believed he escaped through a door with a faulty magnetic locking mechanism.
