OC Sheriff asking public’s help in solving thefts

HARTFORD, Ky. — Ohio County Sheriff Tracy Beatty is asking the public for help in finding the person or people involved in a rash of thefts.

According to Sheriff Beatty, his office is working several theft cases in the Belltown Road area. This chain of thefts extends into neighboring McLean and Daviess Counties. Items recently stolen include 4-wheelers and hand tools. A green Honda 400 with missing front mud guards is included on the list of stolen items.
