OC Sheriff asking for public’s help in solving thefts

HARTFORD, Ky. — The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in solving a couple of theft cases.

According to Ohio County Sheriff Tracy Beatty, his office is investigating a couple of theft cases in the KY 919 area. The thefts occurred recently and a variety of items were stolen.

Some of the stolen items included gas cans, jumper cables, 4 mud tires for a 4×4 vehicle, 4 wheels for a Model T, a large anvil, push mower, zero turn mower, Craftsman hand tools, generator, compressor, air hose, weed sprayer, floor jack, circular saw, and others.
