CROMWELL, Ky. — Barbara Jean Daugherty, 77, of Cromwell, peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday morning, April 11, 2017, at the Clark County Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Ind. She was a Charlestown, Ind., native but lived in Cromwell for over 50 years and daughter of the late Thomas and Zelma Anderson.
She was a member of Green River Missionary Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her husband, Philip R. Daugherty, and daughter, Teresa Jean Daugherty.
Barbara Jean Daugherty is survived by two sons, Tim Daugherty and wife, Rhonda, of Virginia, and Kevin Daugherty and wife, Cheryl, of Bowling Green, Ky.; five grandchildren, Zachary, Laura, Victoria, James Michael, and Abigail; sister, Margaret Yates-Anderson; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel on Friday, April 14, at 12 p.m. with Brother Herb Case officiating. Burial will be in the Green River Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday, April 13, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Friday from 10 a.m. until funeral time at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
