OWENSBORO, Ky. — Robert William Eaton, 86, of Owensboro, formerly of Fordsville, Ky., died Sunday, April 9, 2017, at the Heartford House in Owensboro.
He was retired owner and operator of Trusses by Eaton and a member of Roseville Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Reva Lois Eaton; his parents, James and Eva Eaton; a son, Robert Wayne Eaton; and a great-granddaughter, Breely Grace Woods.
Survivors include two sons, Bert (Sherrill) Eaton, of Philpot, Ky., and Steve (Linda) Eaton, of Florida; a daughter, Pamela Woods, of Fordsville; a brother, Henry Eaton, of Oklahoma; and two sisters, Ruth Anderson and Ann Albin, both of Florida; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Services are 2 p.m. Friday, April 14, at Geary Funeral Home, Fordsville with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Livermore. Visitation is from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
