
SHOTGUN worked at Coca-Cola for 16 years before he and his wife, Lisa, opened D&L Palace of Pets. He is also a member of the Grim Reapers Motorcycle Club.
SHOTGUN is survived by his wife of 35 year, Lisa West; parents, LaVega West (Barbra) and Alton Ray Evans (Pearline C.); daughter, Lovisa Vee West and Sarah Elizabeth Mickus; son, Dustin Oost (Teresa); brothers, LaVega Truman “L.T.” West (Juliene) and James Wade “Jamie” West (Teresa); along with the Grim Reapers Motorcycle Club; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and three K-9 grandbabies, Gypsy Rose, Ducky and Harley D.
Services will be 2 p.m. on Friday, April 7, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Taffy, Ky. Visitation will be 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. Friday at the Funeral Home.
