OWENSBORO, Ky. — Mary B. Muffett, 65, of Owensboro, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Twin Rivers Nursing & Rehab. She was born on Aug. 25, 1951, in Owensboro to the late Albert D. and Virginia Louise Raley Ranburger.
She was a member of the AmVets and Eagles.
She also is preceded in death by two brothers, Barry and Bill Ranburger.
Surviving is her husband of 42 years, Irving Muffett; two sons, Joe (Tracy) Prater, of Fordsville, Ky., and Christopher Muffett, of Owensboro; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Fred (Marilyn) Babbitt; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 10 a.m. on Monday at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory with burial to follow in Rosehill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m until 8 p.m. on Sunday and after 9 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
