Oscar Donald Blair, 102 years-old, born Jan. 1, 1913, passed to his Heavenly Father Sept. 25, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Will Blair and Sue Williams Blair; his first wife, Margurite Stevens Blair; second wife, Oreda M. Phelps Shemwell Blair; his brother, Edward Morton Blair; and sister, Nellie Dayton Johnson.
Survivors include Matthew Walter Ray Johnson and his wife, Martine; stepdaughters, Marilyn F. Brewer and husband, Steve, Rita C. McDonald and husband, Jim; four grandsons, one great-granddaughter, nieces and nephews, Margaret Allen, Herbert Johnson and Bill (Barbara) Johnson.

Graveside service will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, at Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam.
