Cindy Louise Scott Filback, 54, of Beaver Dam, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2015. She was born March 7, 1961, in Hammond, Ind., to the late Anthony Michael and Evelyn Louise Scott.
Survivors include her husband, Ricky Filback; two daughters, Evelyn Aitken and Brandy Marshall; one brother, Mike Scott; six sisters, Terri Dowd, Pam Victory, Rhonda Crocker, Jackie Schreiner, Vickie Scott and Toni Scott and two granddaughters.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. William L. Danks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
