Sue Warner, 60, of 1200 Warner Lane; Utica, Ky., died Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at her home. Gail Sue Jones was born June 13, 1954, in St. Louis, Mo., to the late Charles Edward and Nancy Elizabeth Shields Jones, was married to Terry Ray Warner on December 23, 1972, and was a member of Pleasant Ridge Holiness Church.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, going to church, and working in her flower garden.
In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by a brother, Tony L. Jones, and a sister, Patricia A. Jones.
Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Terry Warner; two daughters and their husbands, Tonya and Greg Henning and Christal and Jason Allgood, all of Utica; six grandchildren, Kelsey, Eric, Crystal, Travis, Megan, and Tori; a great-granddaughter, Pasley; five brothers and their wives, Charles and Laura Jones, Walter and Cheryl Jones, all of Missouri, Timothy and Brenda Jones, of Owensboro, Billy and Robin Jones, of Calhoun, and James and Michelle Jones, of Hardinsburg; three sisters, Pamela Warner, of Utica, Sharon Mincy and husband, David of Calhoun, and Sandy Darnell, of Owensboro.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel, with the Rev. Ancle Wilson officiating. Burial will be in the Nickel Ridge Cemetery in Daviess County. Friends may visit with Sue’s family from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday and from 10 p.mm until 1 p.m. Friday at Musters in Calhoun.
