Jerry Phelps, 59 of Hartford, Ky. passed away Monday, March 16, at his residence. Jerry was born March 13, 1956 in Madisonville, Ky. to the late Allen and Lotte Phelps Phelps.
He is preceded in death by two sisters Glenda Martin and Peggy Hicks.
Jerry Phelps is survived by his friend and companion of 25 years, James Darryl Rogers, of Hartford, Ky.; four sisters, Sue Gribble, Cherietta Woolever, Kathy Jolly and Sandra Williams; four brothers, Eldridge Allen Phelps, Terry Phelps, Tony Phelps and Travis Phelps, and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangement are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Chapel.
