Edward F. Smith, 59, of Beaver Dam, passed away, Jan. 8, 2015, at his residence.
Survivors include his son, Nathan Smith, of Louisville; mother, Anna Barnes Smith, of Beaver Dam; sister, Debbie (Pat) Gilstrap, of Beaver Dam; his St. Louis based family, H.G. (Jack) Salmon, Jon, James, and Jeremy Salmon, six nieces and several great-nieces and -nephews, his long time friend and mentor Joe Van Roberts.
Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, with Joe Van Roberts officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 11 a.m. until time of service on Sunday.
