Cissy Patton Walker, 63, of Fairview, Tenn., formerly of Beaver Dam, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2014, at NHC Place-Cool Springs in Franklin, Tenn. She was born June 1, 1951, in Beaver Dam to the late Charles Houston and Lucille Martin Patton.
Cissy was of Church of Christ Faith and a retired accountant/computer teacher.
Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Larry T. Brooks.
Survivors include her husband, John P. Walker of Fairview, Tenn.; two sons, Charles Bryant Brooks of Baton Rouge, La., and Michael Wade Brooks of Topeka, Kan.; two brothers, Wendell (Lisa) Patton of Hartford and Charles (Cheryl) Patton of Beaver Dam. Cissy was blessed with one grandchild, Jordyn Marie Brooks of Topeka, Kan.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 30, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, with Mike Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. until time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
