Ava-Grace Marie Coleman, 2, of Beaver Dam, died Sunday June 15, 2014, at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, Tenn. She was born in Owensboro, Ky., to Richard Bryce and Trina Suzanne Leach Coleman.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Versie Leach, and an uncle, Stephen Leach.
Survivors include her parents, Richard Bryce and Trina Suzanne Leach Coleman of Beaver Dam; three brother, Christopher Bryce Coleman, Richard Blake Coleman and Shelton Riley Coleman; two sisters, Samantha Rhae Coleman and Brycen Suzanne Coleman, all of Beaver Dam; paternal grandparents, Richard and Debra Coleman of Morgantown and maternal grandparent, Jewell Logan Leach of Beaver Dam.
Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. Jerry Bratcher officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until funeral time on Thursday at the funeral home.
