Kenneth Morgan Dennison, 90, of Central City, died Friday, March 7, 2014, at 8:12 a.m., at Maple Manor Nursing Home. Mr. Dennison was born Dec. 10, 1923, in Ohio County.
He was a carpenter and of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Dennison; grandson James Dennison; and brother Randall Dennison.
Survivors include his wife, Christine Dennison; sons Charlie W. (Melissa) Dennison of Greenville, Charles (Carol) Dennison of Powderly, and Jimmie Dennison of Central City; daughter Phyllis Davis of Bowling Green; brothers Johnny Dennison of Wisconsin and Donald Dennison of Missouri; sister Betty Jean Blake of Belton; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; step-children William Stanley, Jr., Brenda Stanley, Debbie Mitchell, Elizabeth Cottrell, and Melissa Dennison; 20 step-grandchildren; and nine step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Sunday, March 9, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. T.H. Davis officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
