Neal Bruce Yochum, 64, of Beaver Dam, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014, at Beaver Dam Nursing & Rehab Center. He was born Nov. 3, 1949, in Oldham County, Ky., to the late Robert L. and Betty Grey Hall Yochum. He was a member of the The Word Baptist Church in Beaver Dam.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Williams, Barbara Haddix, and Sue Brindley and one brother, Kenneth Yochum.
Survivors include two brothers, Robert Yochum, Jr., of Louisville, Ky., and David Yochum of LaGrange, Ky.; two sisters, Daisy Mollohan of South Carolina and Mary Patterson of Pee Wee Valley, Ky. Neal was blessed with several nieces and nephews and friend, Mark Ross and many many more friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, with Rev. Darrell Moran officiating. Burial will be in Harrods Creek Cemetery in Brownsboro, Ky. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
