On Saturday, March 16, 2013, Norma Dale Patterson went home to be with the Lord. She was born in Rosine, Ky., on April 29, 1930, to Van Owen and Mae House.
Norma Dale was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Walter Hacker Patterson and daughter Sherry Lynn Patterson.
She was a 50 year member of Olaton Baptist Church where she was very active and played the piano and organ for more than 40 years. She also was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by four sons, Kent (Lisa) Patterson, Duane (Nancy) Patterson, Jason (Robin) Patterson and Chad (Robin) Patterson. Norma Dale is also survived by 12 grandchhildren, five great-grandchildren and long time caregiver Sheila Lindsey. She is also survived by lots of friends and neighbors.
Services will be at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam Monday at 11 a.m. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Monday from 9 a.m. unitil 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Olaton Cemetery.
