Jamie Lynn Bishop, 31, of Beaver Dam, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013, at Ohio County Hospital in Hartford. She was born Aug. 8, 1981, in Hartford to the late James Earl and Patricia Daugherty Bishop.
She was a member of East Hartford Baptist Church in Hartford, CNA for Beaver Dam Nursing & Rehab in Beaver Dam and active member of Ohio County Relay Life.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Jason Bishop and her maternal grandparents, Ervin and Christine Daugherty.
She was survived by her companion of 15 years, Davie Hayse of Beaver Dam; one son, Shawn Lee Hayse of Beaver Dam; paternal grandparents, Wendell and Veda Bishop of Hartford. She was also survived by several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Gary Hines officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., Sunday and 9 a.m. until time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
