Breely Grace Woods, infant daughter of Heather and Brandon Woods, passed away Nov. 27, 2012, at Owensboro Medical Health Systems.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Doris Durham and her great-grandfather, Cecil Pharris.
Survivors besides her parents include her sister, Skylar Woods; brother, Braydon Woods; maternal grandparents, Jill and Ricky Hunt and Roger Pharris; paternal grandparents, Pamela Woods; maternal great-grandparents; Jerry Durham, Dorothy Smith and Tom Smith; parental great-grandparents, Bob and Lois Eaton.
Private graveside services will be held at Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Bevil Bros. Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
