Melanie Ann Horn, 41, of Beaver Dam, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at her home. She was born June 21, 1971, in Bowling Green, Ky., to the late James B. and Ella Marie Stewart Horn.
She was a member of Oak Grove Church of God in Cromwell and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James B. Horn and Ella Marie Stewart Horn; a sister, Benita Windom and two brothers, Tony Hillard and Ricky Hillard.
Survivors include one son, Isaac Ray Boone of Madisonville; one daughter, Sharon Rachella Boone of Madisonville; four brothers, James Edward Horn of Beaver Dam, Darrell Ray Horn of Beaver Dam, Jimmy Hillard of Bowling Green and Chris Hillard of Bowling Green; four sisters, Deborah Brown of Beaver Dam, Kathleen Ann Horn of Horse Branch, Brenda Hillard of Alvaton and Amy Payne of Scottsville, and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, at Oak Grove Church of God in Cromwell with Rev. Bobby Phelps, Rev. Eddie Lainhart and Rev. Steve Leach officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Cromwell. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
