Linda Mae Smith, 63, of Beaver Dam, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012, at her home. She was born Sept. 13, 1948, in Hartford to J.W. and Willie Mae Fuqua Nabors.
She worked as a Certified Medication Technician at Beaver Dam health care and Rehab and was a member of the Pentecostal Church of Owensboro.
She was preceded in death by her father, J.W. Nabors and her brother, Jerry Nabors.
She is survived by her husband, Edward Smith of Beaver Dam; two sons, John Smith of Beaver Dam and Joshua Smith of Hartford; one daughter, Tammy Calloway of Hartford; her mother, Willie Mae Nabors of Owensboro; two sisters, Barbara Felty of Owensboro and Brenda Griffith of Louisville; eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. Bill Huff officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
