Roosevelt Blake, 78, of Central City passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at his residence. He was born June 8, 1933, in Depoy, Ky., to the late Wash and Pearl Fulkerson Blake.
He was of Baptist Faith and worked as a housekeeper at Ohio County Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Helene Ray Blake of Central City; one son, Buddy Blake of Cleaton; three daughters, Carol Banes of Beaver Dam, Pamela Blake of Central City and Becky Blake of Owensboro; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date. William L. Danks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
