Thomas “Tom” Clark Jones, 64, of Horse Branch, passed away, Tuesday, May 29, at his residence. He was born Feb. 18, 1948, in Horse Branch to Doyle Ray and Ruby D. Decker Jones. He was of Baptist faith, a United States Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War and worked as a logger for Iller Logging.

He was preceded in death by his father, Doyle Ray Jones and his brother, Billy Jones.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Sheila Evans Jones of Horse Branch; his mother, Ruby D. Decker of Paducah; three daughters, Chrystal Hendricks of Bremen, Holly Ray Meredith of Bowling Green and April (Jeramy) Fisher of Horse Branch; three brothers, Orville Jones of Horse Branch, Raymond Jones of Paducah and Doug Iller of Paducah; one sister, Reba Autry of Horse Branch and seven grandchildren, Krislyn Hendricks, Logan Fisher, Bailey Fisher, Samuel Meredith, Corwin Meredith, Brylie Fisher and Jacey Fisher.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 31, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Terry Tarrance officiating. Burial will be in Horse Branch Cemetery in Horse Branch. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the Funeral Home.
