Lewis Hayse, 52, passed away at his home Wednesday, March 7, 2012. He was born Oct. 24, 1959, in McHenry, Ky., and was the son of the late Thurman C. and Delois May Kelly Hayse.
Lewis was a logger and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was preceded in death by his
brother Milton Hayse.
Survivors include his daughter April (Jeramy) Fisher; two brothers Wavy “Duck” Hayse and Jerry Hayse; two sisters Linda Stroup and Betty “Sue” Filback and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 10, at 2 p.m. at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Burial will follow in Leach Cemetery near Horse Branch.
Friends may visit with the family Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
