Bobby G. Burden, 70, of Centertown died Saturday February 18, 2012 at Owensboro Medical Health System.
He was born in McLean County to the late Willie Haynes and Della Lindsey Burden, worked at American Nonwovens in Beaver Dam for over 30 years, was a Deacon at New Hope Church and a member of New Hope Presby. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Daugherty Burden and a daughter, Elizabeth Robey.
Survivors include a daughter: Jennifer (Mike) Tichenor of Beaver Dam; a son: Jeremy (Jenny) Burden of Narrows; a brother: Hubert Burden of Centertown; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Bro. Warren Brooks officiating. Burial will be in Centertown Cemetery.
