GRAYSON COUNTY, Ky. — Judith Ann Fugate Dockery passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Oct. 28, 2025, at Signature Healthcare at Hillcrest.
Before Judie came to Hillcrest she could be found barefoot, a cup of coffee in one hand, a cigarette in the other, wandering through her garden, loving on her goats and chickens, listening to music, canning, but most importantly, spending time with her family. She also enjoyed her prayer meetings with her friends in Grayson County.
Judie is preceded in death by her father, Ivan Fugate.
She is survived by her mother, Geri Gary; sister, Charlene (Sammy) Walker; sons, Joshua (Leslie) Hall, Skylar (Fran) Geary and Travis Fugate; her niece, Bethany (Ramsey) David; and nephew, Gerritt (Lindsey) Davis.
A special thank you to all the staff at Signature Healthcare at Hillcrest. Your compassion and dedication does not go unnoticed and will not be forgotten.
There will be a private family service held at a later date. Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is in charge of arrangements.
