OWENSBORO, Ky. — Audubon Area Community Services is proud to host its 11th Annual Veterans’ Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2, at the National Guard Armory, at 3300 Tamarack Road in Owensboro.

This free event is open to all veterans and their family members, offering a centralized opportunity to connect with over 60 vendors and service programs dedicated to supporting the veteran community. Attendees will have access to representatives from the Veterans’ Administration, Veterans’ Food Bank, local veteran organizations, and many more.

In addition to valuable information and resources, guests will enjoy free food, haircuts, pictures, and door prizes throughout the day.

“Our veterans have given so much to our country, and this fair is one way we can give back,” said Brandon W. Harley, CEO of Audubon Area Community Services. “We’re proud to bring together so many organizations under one roof to celebrate their service and ensure they know what support is available to them.”
Meredith Young, Senior Services Manager, added, “This event is about connection. Whether it’s a haircut, a hot meal, or a conversation with a service provider, we want every veteran who walks through the door to feel seen, appreciated, and supported.”

The Annual Veterans’ Fair is part of Audubon Area’s ongoing commitment to honoring those who have served and ensuring they have access to the resources they need to thrive.
