HARTFORD, Ky. — The Ohio County Health Coalition will host its How To Survive & Thrive event from 9 a.m.to noon Saturday, Sept. 6, at the Ohio County Park in buildings 1 and 2.
This event offers valuable resources on suicide prevention and practical skills for everyday tasks.
Learn how to do over 30 things in three hours, things like change a tire, fix your toilet, make a cheap meal, recharge your car’s AC, and more. Most importantly, you can learn how to help someone at risk of suicide.
In addition to the how-to stations, there will be a foam pit, inflatables and more.
This will be the sixth annual event and will feature a touching memorial wall and a meaningful awareness walk.
Join the Ohio County Health Coalition in building mental resilience and remembering those we’ve lost.
The Ohio County Park is located at 2300 KY 69 in Hartford.
