PLEASANT RIDGE, Ky. — Sharon Lynn Murray Daniel, 57, of Pleasant Ridge, passed away on July 16, 2025, surrounded by her family’s love. Sharon was a devoted caregiver and loving mother, grandmother, and partner. She was born on Dec. 4, 1967, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Dorothy Kiper Murray and Jim Pete Murray.
Sharon leaves behind cherished memories. Her legacy as a caregiver and devoted family member will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
Preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ralph Bates and Jimmy Murray; sisters, Linda (Rex) Fancher, Debbie Murray and Regina (Wes) Lindsey; brother-in-law, Wayne Daugherty; as well as her husband, Terry Daniel.
She is survived by her sister, Catherine Daugherty, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky; her daughter, Sarah (Patrick) Delaney, who was her world; and her grandchildren, Trey Daniel, Pj Delaney, Jadevion Delaney, and Keslyn Delaney gave her immense joy and purpose.
Sharon’s loving relationship with her boyfriend, Craig Gallagher, brought her happiness in her later years. Sharon also has many nieces and nephews that love and admire her.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 20, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Pastor Shea Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Friends may visit with Sharon’s family from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday and from 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
