BEAVER DAM, Ky. — The Salvation Army will host its annual Stuff the Bus school supply drive from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday, July 19, at the Beaver Dam Walmart. The event is held every year to help Ohio County students start the school year ready to succeed. Community members are encouraged to purchase and donate new school supplies at the Walmart in Beaver Dam during the one-day event. The Beaver Dam Walmart is at 1701 N. Main St. in Beaver Dam.

With the rising cost of living putting strain on many families, school supplies can be a financial burden. The Stuff the Bus campaign provides an easy opportunity for the public to support local students by donating essential items such as backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, glue sticks, and more. All donations will remain in the local community and be distributed to area schools and students in need.
